Office Administrator – Vilamoura 

We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive administrator to join our team based in Vilamoura. You’ll be at the heart of the business, ensuring our office runs smoothly and supporting the team in delivering first-class recruitment services across the Algarve.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks (emails, scheduling, document management).
  • Support consultants with candidate communication and interview coordination.
  • Prepare job adverts and manage postings across platforms.
  • Maintain databases, records, and CRM systems.
  • Assist with invoicing, contracts, and general office organisation.
  • Be a first point of contact for clients and candidates.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • A positive, proactive team player.
  • Fluency in English required; Portuguese an advantage.
