Recruitment Consultant – Vilamoura 

We are looking for an experienced consultant to join our team based in the Algarve.

As part of a small, dynamic agency, you’ll play a key role in connecting top talent with businesses across the Algarve. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, proactive, and excited by the challenge of matching the right candidates with the right opportunities.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Take detailed job briefs and write engaging job adverts.
• Use job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and support both sides through the hiring process.
• Represent Algarve Staff in the local business community.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with people at all levels.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles at once.
• Knowledge of the Algarve market is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; Portuguese an advantage.
