• Source & win new instructions: prospect vendors, nurture referrals, and leverage your local network.
• List properties: gather documents, create compelling listing copy, coordinate photography/video, and upload to the website & portals (e.g., Idealista).
• Drive buyer activity: handle enquiries, qualify leads, arrange and conduct viewings (in English and, where possible, Portuguese).

You’ll be responsible for generating new business, nurture relationships and sell managed IT services (think ongoing IT support, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, backup & disaster recovery, networks/Wi-Fi, and VoIP—tailored to each client’s goals).

You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, working closely with pre-sales and engineering to scope solutions and convert opportunities into long-term monthly recurring revenue.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Take detailed job briefs and write engaging job adverts.
• Use job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and support both sides through the hiring process.
• Represent Algarve Staff in the local business community.
