- Monitors Linehaul routes, verifies driver arrivals, and ensures trailers arrive at Hub sites according to schedule, including dispatching routes as planned.
- Collaborates with Hub, Network Operations, Transport, and Security to provide timely updates on arrivals and issues for efficient operations.
- Handles administrative tasks such as conducting licence checks for agency drivers to maintain compliance, managing phone and email inquiries, dispatching drivers, and supporting Transport Shift Managers and Operations Managers.
Transport Clerk – Weekend Nights
- Tracks Linehaul routes, monitors driver arrivals, and ensures timely trailer arrivals at Hub sites.
- Communicates updates and issues with relevant departments (Hub, Network Operations, Transport, Security) to maintain smooth operations.
- Performs administrative duties including licence checks, answering queries, dispatching drivers, and assisting Transport Shift Managers and Operations Managers.
Assistant Landfill Manager
- Maintaining a safe operation in compliance with legal requirements and policies & procedures.
- Organise, plan, coordinate and control all aspects of the Landfill Operations, including management of contractors, Rail Operations and Earthworks.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental permits and Incoming Waste Acceptance Criteria.
Actuarial Consultant
- Working with our Product and development teams on the numerical aspects associated with developing new tools and further development of existing tools
- Configuring and testing systems for client projects, including independent checking of stochastic forecast results
- Coordinating and delivering multiple project tasks within scope, to estimated time and deadline constraints
