Job Summary:
- Our client is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive planning, coordination, and flawless execution of integrated marketing initiatives across their franchised luxury pet resorts. This role will manage integrated brand and promotional campaigns, from awareness and acquisition to retention across paid media, digital, CRM, content, partnership, product and omni channels.
- The role streamlines and optimizes the marketing function within our company. It focuses on the “how” of marketing, ensuring efficient and effective execution of our marketing strategies.
- This is a remote role, it is envisaged that 75% of the role will be remote and 25% on location so an element of travel will be required.
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities:
● Work with the chief marketing officer to implement the marketing strategy at each resort and at corporate level.
● Liaise with general managers and resort staff to ensure the marketing is deployed correctly.
● Lead the creative brief process and manage internal and external designers to get the work completed on time and on budget.
● Work with corporate to ensure compliance with brand standards.
● Manage the marketing operations budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
● Track and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Licences and Qualifications
Skills Required:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, analytics), data management, and reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights. Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to marketing processes, technologies, and data.
- Cross-Functional and People Skills: The ability to act as a world-class service provider and communicate across the organization (from the C-suite to the line level teams).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, Google Analytics, project management systems, email marketing software, and content management systems.
- Business-level understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Brand-side work experience in a marketing operation responsible for producing creative in high volumes for consumer audiences.
